This extended London 5 Hour Tour option contains everything that we see in the standard 3 hour tour plus additional additional sites a short tube journey away where we jump to St Pauls Cathedral. We’re in the heart of old Roman London, this is the real deal. Most people think they are visiting ‘London’ but are in Westminster or Notting Hill etc but this is the oldest part of London and one of the very best too.
We will also cross the Millenium Bridge to see the Tate Modern. Almost nextdoor you will see the famous Globe Theatre. Then the brooding Clink and ruined palace in Bankside before emerging by Southwark Cathedral. Borough Market is next and a great place to come back and eat at after the tour followed by London Bridge.
You can then choose whether to stay on the South Bank and see HMS Belfast or go to the North Bank and see the Monument to the Great Fire of London. Maybe see the gorgeous Leadenhall Market or the ruined and beautiful St Dunstan In The East church where you might see a TV show or movie being made. Both finish off under the shadows of the famous Tower Bridge, at the Traitors Gate and the Tower of London. You can either go in the Tower of London after the tour or maybe get the underground from Tower Hill which is only a short walk away.
