Chartwell House in the beautiful Kent countryside was home to our more famous Prime Minister and Wartime leader Sir Winston Churchill. His name stands out amongst centuries of Prime Ministers including Wellington, Gladstone, Thatcher and Blair. Let us meet you at your hotel in Central London and whisk you away on a Private Chartwell House Tour, deep in the beautiful Kent countryside.

Chartwell House is one of the hundreds owned by The National Trust and is very well preserved. As you walk around Chartwell, it is easy to imagine Sir Winston walking in from his garden. Or perhaps putting the finishing touches on one of his many showcased and rather splendid paintings.
Rarely can any man have been so talented, he being also a distinguished writer and notable historian as well as former soldier. No visitor to Great Britain should miss the home of perhaps one of the most famous leaders in world history as well as his glorious landscaped gardens.

Chartwell House itself is almost exactly as it was during the life of Churchill. There is also an excel gift shop and cafe but the views from the garden are free and priceless.
Situated in the pretty village of Westerham there are several local shops selling local produce and gifts.
